ASSA Conference App

The Conference App allows you to easily view the agenda, connect with other delegates and receive live notifications.

It’s easy to download and install from wherever you'd normally get apps for your device.

You can search for EventsAir, or use the link for your device from those below:

Then all you need to do is:

  • Install The Event App by EventsAir
  • The first time you open the app, enter this Event Code: ASSA24
  • When your app opens, log in with your Email address and your unique App PIN (check your email for this info)
  • Go to Privacy & Settings to upload your bio and photo and choose what information you share with other delegates

After that, you’re all set! You can search for other attendees, send messages, review the agenda, create a personalised agenda, research speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER?

WHERE CAN I PARK?

GCCEC offers convenient undercover short-term parking with a flat rate of $15 per day. 

WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER MAKE IT?

Cancellations must be received in writing via email. You may not receive a full refund. Please see our cancellation policy for more information.

WHAT IS THE DRESSCODE?

For the conference, the dress code is Smart/Business Casual but we encourage you to wear what you feel comfortable in. 

The dress code for the Awards Dinner is Semi-Formal/Cocktail attire.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I'M REGISTERED FOR?

You should have received an email confirming your registration and what events you are registered for.  If not, please contact us at admin@australianswimschools.org.au. Additionally, you get access to our mobile conference app to help navigate your ASSA National Conference 2024 experience.

WHAT IS THE EDUCATORS' SEMINAR?

The Educators Seminar is held on Monday 19th of August, 8 am to 5 pm at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Educators' Seminar is tailored to swim teachers and covers a range of topics from baby swim techniques, to inclusion, and adult learn to swim.

DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF ASSA TO ATTEND?

No you don't but Australian Swim School Associaiton members receive significant discounts on their registration. To become a member of the Australian Swim Schools Association please visit Join ASSA.     

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY REGISTRATION?

Your registration provides you access to all of the presentations, breakout sessions, and depending on your ticket type, the multiple social and networking events that make up the ASSA National Conference 2024. Morning and afternoon tea and lunch are provided. 

HOW DO I REQUEST FOR SPECIAL NEEDS OR MEALS?
